how it ships, how returns work, and the questions we get most.
how do the pieces fit?
true to size. every product page has a size guide with real measurements. if you're between sizes or unsure, email support@evokefound.store before you order.
in stock or pre-order?
everything on the site is ready to ship unless a piece is marked pre-order. pre-order items show their ship window on the product page.
when's the next drop?
drops get announced to the list first. sign up at the bottom of the site so you hear before it's public.
shipping
tracked shipping on every order. orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days, and delivery usually takes another 5 to 10 business days. you'll get a tracking link by email once it ships.
returns & exchanges
returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact, and you'll need your receipt or proof of purchase.
to start a return, email support@evokefound.store with your order number and the reason. we'll send instructions once it's approved.
we don't offer exchanges. if you need a different size or item, return the original for a refund and place a new order. refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the return. requests past the 14-day window can't be accepted.
how do i care for it?
cold wash, inside out, with like colors. hang dry. skip the tumble dryer, and don't iron directly over any print.
