Refund policy

At Evoke, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you need to make a return, please review our policy below:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with tags (if applicable) and original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

To start a return, email us at evokefound@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back.

Important Notes:

  • We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or item, simply return your order for a refund and place a new order.
  • Customers are responsible for following return instructions. Refunds will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Returns requested after 14 days of delivery will not be accepted.
